  • What different payment methods do we offer?

  • Can I reserve products on your site?
    No, unfortunately this is not possible. Products in your shopping cart are also not automatically reserved. Thank you for your understanding!
  • What are your sizes?
    In general, our products are true to size. We do not carry long sizes for our pants, as they adapt perfectly to all leg lengths thanks to their stretch content. Feel free to visit our size guide to find the right size, or contact our Customer Service for any questions.
  • How do I wash my Falcon Equestrian clothing?
    We recommend that you wash our clothes at 30°C and ideally let them air dry. On the label of each product you will find instructions that will help you to take optimal care of your product.
  • How long does it take for my order to get to me?
    We aim to process your order the same day. Shipping by Swiss Post usually takes 2-3 days.
  • Can I enter a delivery address that differs from the billing address?
    Yes, that's no problem! As long as both addresses are in Switzerland, you can enter a delivery address that differs from the billing address. You can simply enter this during the ordering process.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes of course! There is no minimum order requirement for free shipping.
  • Do you offer express shipping?
    Yes, we offer express shipping, you can choose this at checkout. With DHL express shipping you can expect a delivery time of 1-3 working days.
  • Do you deliver worldwide?
    At the moment we only deliver to addresses in Switzerland. However, we aim to ship our products all over the world soon!
  • Are your shipments carbon neutral?
    Climate protection is important to us! Therefore, our packaging consists of 100% recycled material. With the Swiss Post we send your order to you in a climate-neutral manner!
  • Can I exchange an item?
    If you discover a quality or material defect in your products, you can return them to us within 30 days.
  • Can I add/change something to my order after I've placed it?
    If you realize immediately after placing your order that you have ordered the wrong product, please email us as soon as possible: If we have not yet processed your order, we can still adjust your order.
    With us you have a 30-day right of exchange and return. This applies from the day you received your order. Returned products must be in their original condition and unused. Products must also be in their original packaging with labels intact.
  • Where can I find my return label?
    With our shipping label, you can easily send your return back to us with tracking. The label will be provided with your products in the package. So you can find it with the return form and the delivery note in your package. Please note that if you use our returns label, we will deduct a fixed fee of €10 from your refund. This fee covers return shipping to Sweden.
  • What can I do if I have received a defective item?
    We always try to resolve all complaints as simply as possible. Email us at with your order number and pictures of the item you wish to claim. The issue you are having with your product must be due to a manufacturing defect. Damage caused by normal wear and tear cannot be accepted as a reason for complaint.   • I would like to complain about an item. What do I have to consider?
    We always try to resolve all complaints as simply as possible. Send us an email with the order number and pictures of the item you want to claim and we'll help you.
  • Where do I enter my discount code?
    You can enter your discount code at checkout. Under the overview of your selected products you can click on "Enter voucher code" to use your discount code. A field opens in which you can enter your value code. If you then click on "Apply" the code will be deducted from your total.
  • Can I combine discount codes?
    Unfortunately this is not possible. If you have any questions, we will be happy to help you by email or in our live chat.
  • Sind verschiedene Aktionen kumulierbar?
    In den meisten Fällen lassen wir es zu, dass eine Aktion mit Rabattcodes kumulierbar ist. Bei besonderen Aktionsevents z.B. Black Friday verzichten wir jedoch auf die Kumulierung, damit alle Kunden die gleiche Chance erhalten, ein Schnäppchen zu erhalten.
  • Wie kann ich einen Geschenkgutschein kaufen
    Geschenkgutscheine kannst du unter dem Reiter Geschenkgutscheine einsehen. Du hast dabei die Möglichkeit, denn Geschenkgutschein per Mail an dich selbst oder an die beschenkte Person direkt zu versenden. Mit der Datumsoption kannst du auswählen, wann der Geschenkgutschein versendet werden soll.
  • Kann ich einen gekauften Gutschein wieder zurückgeben?
    Geschenkgutscheine sind nicht erstattungsfähig. Wir gewähren aber eine Rückerstattung, falls du versehentlich einen falschen Gutschein gekauft hast (z.B. den falschen Betrag oder an die falsche Person gesendet).
  • Haben Geschenkgutscheine ein Ablaufdatum?
    Die Geschenkgutscheine laufen nicht ab. Du kannst Sie also jederzeit einlösen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass unser IT-System alte Gutscheincodes nicht mehr erkennt. In diesem Fall kannst du dich dann an den Support wenden und wir erstellen dir einen neuen Gutscheincode. Um mögliche Probleme zu vermeiden sind Kunden aber gebeten, ihre Gutscheine innerhalb eines Jahres einzulösen.
