Shipping Policy
The shipping of your order is absolutely cost-free! All our products are shipped through the Swiss Post. As soon as we have processed your order and registered it with the post office, you will receive an email with the tracking number. With this you always know exactly where your package is and when it will arrive.
Return & Exchange Policy
We attach great importance to high quality in all our products. However, if you find a material defect or any other defect in your products, then we grant you a 30-day return policy. Just send us a message by e-mail: info.falconequestrian@gmail.com. Please note that the products are unworn and still in the original packaging.
